Classified Terms
- Please send type-written or block-printed copy by email or fax when possible.
- Not responsible for mistakes made in deciphering hand-written text or ads taken over the phone.
- Payment must be made with order except for municipal, county, state, or federal institutions.
- Phone numbers will count as two words. Email and web addresses count as three words each.
- A 5% discount will apply to individual orders of $180 or more.
- Classified advertising is set in 8-point, easy-to-read type.

General Rate Policy
Short term rate applicable if contract is cancelled. Proper notification will be given of all rate changes. Space orders may be cancelled at the time the change in rate becomes effective without incurring a short rate adjustment, provided the billing rate has been earned up to the day of cancellation.
